We love shopping, unfortunately we die for expensive brands, we love to treat ourselves and if we’re not just in a restaurant, you will probably find us in somewhere in a spa.

It’s Saturday, it’s sunny, we got a nice manicure but let’s give it one more deep thought, on this shout-out-Saturday.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Since one year we live in Amsterdam.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ An amazing place with open minded people, it’s never an issue showing in public that we’re more than just friends.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But how is it somewhere else?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Our upcoming trip will also bring us to Poland, where the situation for gay people is still not comparable to the Netherlands, Canada, the U.S. or the U.K. etc.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Or Germany. In Germany which seems to be a very open minded country, (I mean at least we got the same sex marriage two years ago^^…) it’s very uncommon to see two femme-lesbians together.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Walking hand in hand through Cologne we had to realize that people actually ARE looking at us.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sometimes I think in Germany we would be more accepted if we both would look masculine. (or at least one of us!)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Because that’s how a lesbian is supposed to look like in Germany, or? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s funny that both Aga and me couldn’t find a girlfriend, when were living in Germany, because we just didn’t meet any girly girls.??♀️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For us being able to wear lipstick and nail polish and still not getting questioned in our sexual orientation means everything to us.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How is it in your country?
